Tusky DE Mi 11.12.2024 07:43:23 Hi #Pachli, were there changes performed recently regarding the date/time parsing in #Pachli? Pachli 2.9.0 seems to run in trouble (on #Android 8.1) now... Medien: 2 |
Föderation EN Mi 11.12.2024 17:37:53 @nick Yes, but I'm not able to trigger that issue from the tests. Can you create a test account for me @hhmx.de and send the account credentials to team@pachli.app, and I'll see about reproducing this. Thanks. |
Whalebird · Do 12.12.2024 07:19:54 Thanks for your reply. What exactly has been changed in #Pachli? What comes first to my mind is the difference between 2024-12-12T07:15:21+01:00 and 2019-11-23T07:28:34.210Z Both should be valid. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/ISO_8601 Regarding a test account: |
Föderation EN Do 12.12.2024 13:19:04 @nick Yes, they should both be valid, and when I write unit tests that use the specific datetimes you show in the screenshots those tests pass, as expected. The only relevant change in Pachli 2.9.0 is the `created_at` field in a Notification is now parsed to a Date, and dates with a missing timezone are assumed to be UTC to work around a Pleroma bug. That's why I need a test account. Re onboarding issues, you can create the account and send credentials to team@pachli.app to bypass that. |
Whalebird · Do 12.12.2024 21:40:26 Okay, interesting. Will then create an account for you, using the given e-mail address for the local account. Will let you know, when done - including some more details then. Thx. |
Whalebird · So 15.12.2024 18:16:14 To be sure, just in case... Did you get my post, that i wrote on Friday regarding an account, using "mentioned only" visibility? |
